Why were the Boston Red Sox getting booed at the 2010 all-star game?

I was watching both the Home Run Derby and the All-Star game and whenever they would announce a Red Sox player they would get booed. Why is that? It's not like they were playing at Yankee Stadium. I understand why they get booed there but don't understand why they would get booed in CA Does anyone know?
