Why do you think the hip hop genre is put under the microscope more than any other music or entertainment?

They blame hip hop so much knowing that hip hop is not the root cause of the problems in this world. Why do you think they like to point at hip hop for things happening today. Idk im thinking they just love to hate it but i think its more to it. what do you think? They dont blame hip hop as much as they used to but I was just thinking back in the past when people always pointed their finger at hip hop music.
