Can anyone name this children's nursery rhymes video?

I was born in the 80's and I remember growing up watching this video (I forget the brand but I think it was a gold book flat open -- I don't think it's Golden Books). The video is about a family of bears and they sing various songs such as: This Is the House that Jack Built, Hush Little Baby, Wee Willie Winkie, Rub-a-dub-dub, Rabbit Ain't Got No Tail At All, Lavender Blue Dilly Dilly, and it opens at a school and ends with Hush Little Baby being sung. Anyone have any idea?!
