What should I do about my ex boss / landlord who has ually hared me?

I have been renting this home for four years now with my husband and 6 children. About a year and a half ago the landlord offered me a position to work as his secretary. After being hired , the boss soon started flirting with me asking me ignorant questions, sending me vulgar text messages and making pes at me that I just blew off. I felt threatened that I may lose my home so I tried to what I could to keep him happy and off my back. I was propositioned to do things from cleaning apartments in the nude to having a with his girlfriend. I was grabbed around my throat, my hair pulled, parts of my body grabbed at and ultimately had my marriage ruined because of this man. I found out that this is not an isolated case when it comes to him - he's even brought diseases home to his wife! I do not know what to do. He has money - I don't. He is also a prominent city fire fighter on top of this. I am looking to move and want to take action but do not know where to start....?
