Arrogant ebay seller REBAA2007?

I got a wrong item from this seller (rebaa2007). I pointed out to him that the item he sent me was wrong. Then he (his name is Mike) responded back by saying that the merchandise (Genie remote control) is not made that way (link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=290253895089&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=019 )even though the picture clearly shows two ons on top of the remote control. He tried to fool me by saying that that was simply a light reflection. He thinks I'm stupid enough to fall for that trick. As a matter of fact, I have the same type of remote control and I'm just simply matching what I already have. What do you do with a jerk like this?
